PGDC's innovation program BOOST! was launched with the aim of building and fostering a culture of innovation within the Business Unit. Guided by CGl's vision and core values, the program focuses on gathering innovation possibilities in four categories:

BOOST! Stages
1 SUBMIT Submit the idea through the BOOST! Portal.
2 SCREEN The idea will be screened by BOOST! and the Director Sponsor.
3 BUSINESS CASE Once approved, the submitter must create a Business Case.
4 APPROVAL The document will undergo approval from the management, Director Sponsor, and BOOST!
5 IMPLEMENT The project will be deployed to the proper target audience.
6 ASSESS Once the project runs, BOSST! will assess the project according to criteria.
7 REWARD Successful projects will be rewarded according to the RnR process.
